Teaching High School Students Culinary Arts !!!
Last week Barbara started teaching high school students at Front Range Christian School Culinary Arts. She is combining her urban agriculture education experience with her love for healthy and delicious cooking. For the first class students designed a veggie tray and fruit tray. Their creativity was amazing. This week we make a quick pasta sauce from scratch and some organic semolina pasta. We will start growing our ingredients next week with herb plant starts. By March we will be planting greens in the former flower beds at the school.
